Energy Solution Specialists
We are looking for Energy Solution Specialists to join our team. Your main goal will be to effectively provide energy solutions to our customer base.
Energy Solutions Specialist duties and responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner
- Make over 150 inbound/outbound calls a day to new customers and existing Customer
- Identify customers’ needs and wants, give your best to clarify information
- Recognize opportunities to upsell our products and services
- Follow our company's communication “scripts”
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Follow our customer engagement strategy
- Meet and overachieve qualitative and quantitative targets
- Hybrid roles, able to sell multiple products in multiple divisions
- Working on both Australian energy division and Australian VEU division
Energy Solutions Specialist requirements
- Previous experience in a sales role
- Previous experience in a call centre role
- Great English communication skills
- Track your own work on a daily basis and compare to benchmarks
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills
- Excellent listener

- High school degree
