Draught proofing
Same principle. Heating air and then letting it escape is the most expensive thing a home can do in a Melbourne winter.

Lighting runs every hour a business is open, which makes it the most predictable saving on the site. Replacing metal halide or fluorescent with LED cuts the draw immediately and cuts the maintenance with it.
